What problems should participants be able to solve for their organisations, who do they need to support, what should they be prepared for and what training should they have?
  • Before any in-house training – whether it’s a one-time session or long-term programme – we always have participants complete a preliminary online assessment.
  • Depending on the focus, group size and length, we work with one, two or several trainers. We also bring in specialists to work on certain focus areas if needed.
  • To complement our various training formats, we also include virtual training and coaching formats.

We customise our training curriculum to meet the requirements of your organisation. The content modules from the two-year programme, which we have been offering for ten years now, can also be used as a template. Together, we then design a curriculum that is relevant and in line with your priorities.

Our Organisational Development & Consulting trainings and programme are ideal for internal stakeholders who support managers and teams at their companies. Depending on the task, they also serve as trainers, facilitators, sparring partners or coaches.

The objectives of the individual training sessions or extended programme vary depending on the length and topical focus. Our attendees generally learn about the following aspects:

  • Process consulting: process architectures and process design, organisational models, maturity of organisations, steering processes and iterative approaches
  • Agility: dealing with complexity and agile principles, agile methods
  • Cooperation: internal cooperation, consulting to foster cooperative settings
  • Team development: team characteristics and phases, models and techniques for team development, defining roles and functions in self-organised teams, team diagnostics
  • Organisational culture: cultural patterns in organisations, cultural diagnostics, feedback methods
  • Management culture: fundamentals of management and leadership, systemic management map, consulting as a navigation aid for managers
  • Developing strategies: systemic planning principles, business model canvas, strategic map (discussing purpose vs. KPIs), scenario development
  • Dealing with conflict: fundamentals of conflict resolution, conflict typologies, conflict maps, structuring conflict mediation, power dynamics, individual conflict tendencies, communication during conflict resolution

Experienced denkmodell consultants meet with you to discuss your exact needs, desired content, focus areas and participants’ own experiences. Based on this, we prepare a concept for a training session or programme in Organisational Development & Consulting on your premises. Our guiding principle: maximising practical applications and relevance for you. Brief segments of theory, use cases, simulations and examples from our own day-to-day work as consultants make the training relatable and interesting. We provide a non-threatening space where participants can try out new ideas directly.
