Patricia Gálvez has been active for 10 years as an organisational developer and coach throughout Latin America. After completing her studies in business administration, she worked on a number of projects for German-international cooperation. During that time she also completed several years of training in organisational development (with denkmodell) and coaching, as well as various postgraduate courses in strategic management.
An excellent and highly experienced consultant, Patricia is currently working in the fields of strategy development, change management, team development and cooperation management. Her expertise in processes and methods is complemented by her intercultural skills, which enable her to build trust and initiate meaningful dialogue even in difficult situations. This has repeatedly benefited her in recent years when consulting with international networks.
Patricia advises numerous private companies, public institutions and international projects in Argentina. She has collaborated with denkmodell since beginning her work as an organisational developer, and has been the company’s regional representative in Latin America since 2013.
