Julian-G. Mehler (geb. Albert)

"No matter how much organisational processes and structures are optimised, it is still people who are essential to effecting change."

Julian-Gabriel Mehler had already learnt during his studies at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research (HIIK) that thinking outside the box makes the real difference. A political scientist, he was a board member there for more than four years, involved in further development. While studying, Julian-G. Mehler was also actively engaged with various charitable organisations.

Before becoming a member of the denkmodell team, he was primarily involved in international cooperation: Among other things, he spent two years in Afghanistan. As an independent consultant he advised institutions and companies in the field of organisational development, concentrating on project management and the development of organisational processes and structures.

Julian-G. Mehler is a trained consultant in systemic and Gestalt-orientated organisational development. He enjoys understanding complex consulting contexts, and enabling his clients to consider their situation from an outside perspective.

He would absolutely love to design and build a country house.
