Dirk Jung grew up on the German-French border, in the Saar region. To this day he sees himself as a cross-border commuter: As an organisational developer he mediates points of view and supports others as they undergo personal changes in perspective.
After studying social sciences and doing postgraduate training at the German Development Institute, Dirk worked for a consulting company in Kronberg im Taunus and then as a freelance trainer and consultant. He is trained in systemic and Gestalt-orientated organisational consulting, and in 1989 co-founded denkmodell. Since then he has worked in more than 60 countries and is an internationally renowned management trainer, consultant and facilitator.
One of Dirk’s specialities is working with large groups. He accompanied and facilitated international stakeholder dialogues with up to 500 participants from the public, business and private sectors. His customers in Germany include Allianz, August Storck, Wüstenrot and Pirelli.
One thing he absolutely wants to do in this life is go diving with a whale shark.
