To simply move about in her own, limited circles is of decidedly little interest to Désirée Bösemüller. Which is why she started exploring the advantages of interdisciplinary work as soon as possible, while still at university: besides Business Administration, she studied “Design Thinking” at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam. Since then, she has dedicated her time to questions of entrepreneurship and innovation, looking at how new things are born, and the ways in which they can be implemented sustainably as well as creatively.
Since May 2016, Désirée has been working as an organisational consultant and coach at denkmodell, where she also completed her training in “Consultation and Organisational Development”. Her special fields of interest and expertise include moderation and design, as well as managing seminars and workshops with a user-friendly, interdisciplinary focus. Among others, she finished a one-year training in “Design Thinking” at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam and completed a Scrum Master Certification on scrum.org.
To relax, the technophile Berliner plunges into her books. No matter how much she enjoys innovation, Désirée Bösemüller simply cannot resist the smell of old paper and the secrets – the often barely legible notes made by previous readers – that are kept within.
