Consultants and Trainers

David Koschel

“The greatest satisfaction for me is when the person I’m working with recognises that my involvement has helped make seemingly insurmountable problems manageable”.

Whether as an office manager or freelance consultant, David has always found excitement in challenges that require great flexibility. It is therefore not surprising that as a trained organisational consultant he is engaged in a variety of professional endeavours: team development, multi-stakeholder processes, training programmes and the formation of monitoring systems. His negotiating courses are in high demand. Government agencies, companies and non-profit organisations form his client base, including the German International Cooperation (GIZ), the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Transparency International, Oxfam and the European Academy of Diplomacy.

David studied social sciences, majoring in peace and conflict research as well as international relations. His previous endeavours also reflect his international orientation: He volunteered in a homeless shelter in France, studied in Ireland and worked for the United Nations in New York.

A passionate footballer, David would love nothing more than to take to the stadium field before a crowd of 80,000.
