Dr. Ulrich Erhardt

Ulrich Erhardt is both citizen of the World and confessed Palatine. From his hometown, Hauenstein, he left to study at the University of Heidelberg, later Stanford in the United States and then at the University of San José in Costa Rica. He and his wife Rosalba, from Sicily, are happy together and have been so for years.

He has an unbelievable gift for motivating people and integrating groups. This talent really comes out when he is working as a trainer and consultant in Capacity Building and Organisational Development. Professionally he is fascinated by such topics as "Change Management" and "Building Learning Organisations".

You would enjoy listening to him talk about his latest leadership training in the German industry or his OD-Projects in South Africa, Chile or Afghanistan.
The educational and social scientist who took his Doctor's degree at the University of Heidelberg entered 1998 the denkmodell partnership. Before, he taught for seven years at an Institute for continuing education. He is qualified in gestalt-oriented Organizational Development, as well as a SINFONIE and ZOPP facilitator.

Ulrich Erhardt is a lecturer at several Universities and passionate about playing music with his three children.
