International Leadership Training (ILT) "Managing Development in the environment, water and energy sector

From October 2008 until 2009 31 future executives will take part in the ILT program. About half of them come from Central America, Mexico, Columbia and Brasil, the other participants are from the MENA-region, especially Egypt. These participants are employed in ministries, public insitutions as well as in the private sector and non-governmental organisations.
The participants should be enabled to:

• act as „Networkes"that initiate cooperations with different stakeholders to achieve a common goals and
• act as "consultants", who accompany the learning process in organiations of the environent, water, energy and climate sector with a strong emphasis on the global context.
