Ilka Stein

Ilka Stein combines organisation and creativity. After studying for a master's degree in International Management at the University of Maastricht, she recently finished a second master degree in childhood studies and children's rights at the FU Berlin.

Initially, she developed her project management skills in the colourful world of advertising. The yearning for meaningful employment with international significance prompted her not only to spend some time working as a volunteer in a children's home for street children in South Africa, but also directed her way to denkmodell.

Here she plans and implements not only complex projects yet works also as moderator and trainer.
