Dirk Jung

Dirk Jung learnt the training and consultancy skills from scratch after taking a social science degree in Saarbrucken and a post-graduate degree at the German Development Institute in Berlin. This initially involved working for a management consultancy company in Kronberg/Taunus and then as a freelance trainer and consultant. Finally he co-founded denkmodell in 1989.

Dirk Jung has been trained in systemic and Gestalt-oriented organisational consultancy and up to now has helped people and organisations in over 50 countries to successfully manage change processes. He is in international demand as a management trainer, consultant and facilitator.

One of Dirk Jung's specialities is working with large groups. For example, he moderated the "Extractive Industries Review", a worldwide consultation process for the World Bank in 4 continents from 2001 to 2003. But companies in Germany also value his skills, such as Allianz, August Storck, Wüstenrot or Pirelli Deutschland GmbH.

He loves gardens, cats, cooking, magic and diving into the deep blue sea.
