Fabian Busch

Fabian Busch is a qualified organisational developer and has worked for denkmodell since 2006 in the areas of training, facilitating and consultancy - whether in Kathmandu, Cairo or Cologne. As project manager he is also responsible for the management and coordination of personnel and institutional capacity building programmes that have been running for several years.

After studying in political science in Berlin, he initially moved north for 2 years. In Denmark he delved deeper into the subjects of environmental and development policy when taking a masters degree. He gained professional experience at the German Association for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) in Eschborn, the Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in New Delhi and, upon his return to Berlin, from a multi-stakeholder project at the interface between business and development cooperation.

As a passionate basketball player, he is happy to take time off from the role of management trainer from time to time for relaxation.
