Britta Dube

Britta Dube was born in Lübeck, making her the "northern light" of the denkmodell team. Her particular combination of calmness and sense of humour means she can stay in control even when things get heated. She is a trained organisational developer and studied ethnology and economics. She learned how to be a trainer and facilitator at denkmodell and has been part of the team since 2003.

Britta Dube works for customers from the private sector in the facilitator, communication and monitoring systems fields. She advises networks and public institutions in cooperation and knowledge management, something she has done for several months in Indonesia. For the past nine years she has been actively involved in the subject of E-Learning. She designs and presents online courses on management subjects and oversees virtual learning platforms that support change processes. Her passion is combining organisational development with the use of new media.

At denkmodell^® Britta Dube is responsible for internal management as team leader together with Marcus Quinlivan.

She loves Asian food, playing Chopin and exploring Berlin and the surrounding area by bicycle. Since becoming a mother she spends a lot of time in the sandpit or on the slide.
