Sybil Dümchen has that rare mixture of being both direct and charming. This makes her an excellent negotiator and facilitator. Her professional career path begins with her taking a degree and doctorate in Romance Literature. She perfected her Spanish, English and French while spending many years working in Chile, the USA and France.
She joined the denkmodell® team as managing director, trainer and consultant in 1996, having been trained in Gestalt-oriented organisational development, as a multimedia coach and in the SINFONIE systemic analysis and planning method.
Sybil Dümchen became a partner in the company in 1999. Since then she has built up the E-Learning business area and the denkmodell training course for organisational development, which she has been managing regularly since 2002. She loves working "close to people" in team development, in conflict consultancy and in management coaching. She is also enthusiastic about consultancy for larger systems connected to strategic development, the setting up of social networks or in a broader sense to cooperation management. Over the past years she has often provided support to clients who are introducing monitoring systems and setting up and reinforcing management structures.
She loves cats, computers and Murano glass. As a "dyed in the wool" Berliner, Sybil Dümchen not only feels at home in her own backyard, but also internationally in South America, North Africa and the Middle East.
